"Check Availability" Function Not Working?

According to this widget, every single product is out of stock at my local (JCP) Sephora. I see that if I change my location and select other stores it seems to work fine. Does this function just not play nicely with JCP Sephoras? 

(I asked a similar question a few years ago when this widget was "Find Near Me", which was also spotty in its reliability)

Sephora inside JCPenney stores are also included in our In-Store Availability function. The reason your local SiJCP store is not showing up, is likely because the items are not available at this store. I also always recommend contacting your local store for the more up-to-date information and to confirm if an item is in stock/out-of-stock.
