i don’t want the same day unlimited subscription

Hi,
hope you’re doing well?
I just made a big mistake and I would like you to help me please.
Last month, I ordered something and I used the special same day unlimited subscription to received it faster. I knew it was a free month trial but I never thought you were going to charged the months after… I thought I was going to receive an email asking me if I wanted to continue it. Since it is 70$ and I just have been charged and didn’t used it, would it be possible to be refund please.
I know I should have been more careful but I really cannot afford this payment, I’m a full time student and this amount represents a lot for me

I read the FAQ and it says they don’t do refunds. I just decided I’m not going to shop at Sephora anymore. I’ve never had a problem with refunding an unwanted subscription from anyone other company. It’s predatory.

Hi, I have been struggle with the same situation. I was also careless and didn’t check my email for the alert but received that the resubscription was payed and I really can’t afford to do that at a full time student. Can someone please help me?

Hi I’m having the same issue, I got the notification today about the charge to my card, is there any way I could get a refund ?

Please help me out as I have the same problem and can’t afford the charge on my account. I’m a full time student and my account has gone on minus after I got charged with this.

Hi! I’m struggling with the same issue! I don’t even live in the Us anymore and have gotten 50$ charged to my card with international transactions fees! Please help I can’t afford this at all!
