have not received my order

i ordered on august 6th and it said it would be here by August 9t.On the 8th of August i got the message that they were experiencing uncontrollable events, my package has been suck in one place since August 8th.I have not gotten any updates since then. what do i do?

@sophy05 Carriers across Florida and impacted areas are experiencing delays due to the conditions which are unpredictable. Please keep your eye out for any emails with updates about your delivery or you can view the tracking details in your Sephora account. Your tracking should update as soon as our carriers are able to resume deliveries. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
