Never received my order!!!

This is my first time ever ordering with Sephora and I haven’t received my order! Sadly customer service was no help!! Ugh this is beyond stressful and it was for my daughter for her birthday! Can someone please help!!

this also was my FIRST TIME EVER ordering from Sephora or trying their product that I NEVER RECIEVED as well!! I was gifted a Gift card for Christmas and decided to check them out. I spent the whole gift card plus more and never received anything. Waste of money and time stressing over how to find out who to talk to. 

Sucks that happened on her birthday 😞 Sorry.
