Order not received

According to ups my order says delivered but my warehouse hasn’t received it!!! I trust my warehouse, have used them for years now and this has never happened😥. I contacted Sephora at first they said they would see if they can replace my order using usps or refund it but then they stated that they can not refund or replace my order. I would have let it go but it was a big order😔. I asked Sephora if they can contact ups as I’m unable to do so and they just said that I am welcome to contact ups. I have no idea what to do, ups isn’t answering, Sephora is firm on their decision and my hard earned money has basically gone down the drain😔. If anyone has any advice, please help!!!
