Receiving points for orders

A couple of weeks ago, I bought a concealer and I put in my phone number at checkout, but I don't think I received any points. I think that this has happened a couple of time in the past as well. I still have the receipt for the concealer, can I still get my points? Also, do I receive points for every purchase that I make?

@izzyhkim, I'm sorry to hear this! It looks like your private messages are turned off, and you can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app).
