didn't get my points

Hello, I brought some stuff from Sephora inside Jcpennys store, its been a week I purchase it but I don't see any update in the reward points. The lady at the store scanned by beauty insiders card  but I don't why they didn't not get updated. Can someone help me Thank you.

Same thing has happened to me I also shopped inside a Sephora in jcpenny and the lady also scanned my Sephora account and I looked on my phone to see if I received my points and I still haven’t received the points
