Why are all of the higher points items always sold out?When are they

I've never done the rewards (I'm saving up), but the e-mails I receive
about new ones always show how limited they are (some only have 500 or
so for the online ones).

I didn't get an email and I've been VIB Rouge for 2 years. I just found
out about this from my friend today and the deal has already ended. I

I never got it either, and VIB Rouge. I only knew about it because of
instagram. I think sephora is sending these to random users and testing
the waters to see how many people use which ones

Complimentary VIB Makeover
About a month ago I became a VIB and I received the welcome kit. I've
used the first two but the last, the makeover, I wanted to save for my
birthday but I've lost it. Is it possible I can get a replacement for
