VIB Rouge $20 off $100 email never received

I didn't get an email and I've been VIB Rouge for 2 years. I just found out about this from my friend today and the deal has already ended. I see all my Sephora emails because I do a search of my inbox - I definitely did not receive the email with this offer.

I never got it either, and VIB Rouge. I only knew about it because of instagram. I think sephora is sending these to random users and testing the waters to see how many people use which ones
