Insider points just disappeared!

I’ve just been making a few posts and all of a sudden I went from 1700+ points to zero. Please contact me ASAP to confirm my points are still there and let me know how I can fix the problem on the app.

same here....my whole status reset...it's not the end of the year yet. I was browsing stuffs and before i check out...I realized i have no points....We did not spend almost $1000 (or more) a year for this to happen

I bought items last night just to be able to reach Rouge and this happens... They need to fix this quick. I was only going to check if it had upgrated to rouge and i get hit with do you want to join beauty insider. This would be the first time I ever hit Rouge. Worried....

Must have been a problem with their system. I Called this morning and was reassured my points were still there and was sent a link to change my password

ME TOO! I was $2 away from becoming a VIB rouge and I was going to purchase and I don't know what happened

Me too! I have about 2900+ points, i was about to make some purchase to get my vib rouge before the year end. and suddenly they ask me to join beauty insider again. I hope it's a glitch!
