WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

Sephora has the worst customer service. They made me phone them 5 times. one of the representatives I spoke with even hang up on me! The issue was why my points and amount was not updated in my profile. apparently, I had 2 profiles! why did i have 2 accounts where as i only used one email address? I even asked to speak with a supervisor because NO ONE can help me. They dont listen to your issue. so poor! i am very frustrated!!!
