about my insider points
I had around 800 points and when I opened my app this morning it all
disappeared! How can I get it back?

What happened to my rewards points?
Went to make a purchase this morning and decided to use some of my

essentially from accounts that have been inactive for years

Same thing happened to me!! My rouge status is still here but all my
points are gone.. I was under the assumption that points don’t expire

I couldn't add things to my basket, so I cleared my cache. Then it let

will send you an email at the beginning of the month containing a promo
code that can be redeemed for 3 travel size products with a minimum

I recently became VIB - but I received emails with “gift with purchase”
promotions all the time (at least monthly) as a BI. If these are the
“monthly gifts” this chart is reflecting, I think there is an issue with
advertising.
