Yes, mine are back now. I've heard 2 reasons. One, they were updating the site. Two, it was a system glitch. Either way, everyones pts. seem to be returning.

I Alot of ppl have been having the same problem. Earlier I contacted customer service and they said they've had alot of complaint but in a few hours everything shoukd be back to normal....well its 6 hours later and I still have no points and no sign of my VIB Rouge status. I'm beyonf fustrated especially since I wanted to get a few things from the sale but it tells me to sign up for beauty insider...wtf

Yes!! I have spent $250 just over Christmas and my point "reset" today! I tried to get a gift just a few days ago and the store would not let me redeem!! If they have taken my points I am DONE with Sephora!!!!
