Same here :(.It's been almost 3 weeks after I placed the
order!!!!Already send them an e-mail about this 5 day ago, and I haven't
received any reply.Should or can I just call the customer service and

I ordered 5 of the play boxes on Nov 21st. The tracking shows it enroute
to Memphis as well. Called a few times about it. The tracking now shows
- we are attempting to locate your package. 😞

Yep mine were play boxes as well! Lost the package,,, or it never
actually did ship, but now they are out of stock... Isn't that just

Same here, my order says usps is awaiting the item since a week ago. I
do have the 2 day flash shipping and when I placed the ordered, it said
my shipping time wouldn’t be affected.
