Rewards Bazaar

What time does Sephora post their new rewards? Every time I try to check early they arenโ€™t posted yet or they are sold out! I have tried to check on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10am and they arenโ€™t out yet. The last few days I have been checking at noon and they are already sold out. WTH?!
