Wrong Item Sent

I had placed a large order during the vib sale and instead of receiving the Too Faced 'Tis The Season To Sparkle Glitter Set', I received the Clinique 'Superbalanced Makeup' in shade 32. I have since reordered the original Too Faced product that I wanted and would like to return the Clinique item that was sent by mistake. Can I do this in-store or do I have to return it by mail?

If you have received the wrong item within an online order be sure to reach out to us so that we can make sure that you receive the correct item and we will instruct you on how to send the incorrect item back to us. Our cast members may not always be able to assist with situations such as these since the purchase was made online. I hope that this helps.

That would be tricky. They sent you the wrong item so you purchased it in store. So what you want is to be reimbursed for the Too Faced item since you bought it twice, right? Maybe call customer service and ask them first. I’m sure they would send you the correct item, then once you have it in hand, you could go to a store and return it. But returning the Clinique that’s not on your order receipt may be tricky to do.
