where it's my package!!??

November 21 I placed an order, got the email stating it's shipped on the 24 th. since then I've placed two more orders which have already arrived. the first order says in transit to a ups facility Memphis TN, from November 27 th with no updates at all. what is going on?

It's been almost 3 weeks after I placed the order!!!!

Already send them an e-mail about this 5 day ago, and I haven't received any reply.

Should or can I just call the customer service and cancel this order?

I ordered 5 of the play boxes on Nov 21st. The tracking shows it enroute to Memphis as well. Called a few times about it. The tracking now shows - we are attempting to locate your package. 😞

Yep mine were play boxes as well! Lost the package,,, or it never actually did ship, but now they are out of stock... Isn't that just great!

Same here, my order says usps is awaiting the item since a week ago. I do have the 2 day flash shipping and when I placed the ordered, it said my shipping time wouldn’t be affected.

@iwantallmakeup I don't get it! I know it's the holidays and all, but my package even went from the in transit stage with a truck showing to now an arrow pointing to the box, like it's not even shipped! it's the play by Sephora bags they had for us to buy, is that what yours was?

I'm having the same issue. Order placed on 11-22 and supposed to receive on the 27th but it still shows in route to Memphis Tennessee. 😟

Did you get your order yet? Two phone calls later and my order still says "in route to Memphis". The customer service representative said they weren't aware of a problem until this week. They charged me on Nov 24th though.😡I haven't ordered since. I just got an email from Ulta for 20% off, I guess I'll be shopping there.

I haven't had Sephora do it yet but I called Hautelook yesterday and they had UPS put a trace on it. I still need to call Sephora to do it. The other package was more valuable.

@deecy63 I just don't get how two orders I've placed have arrived before that one!! I ordered two of the play by Sephora bags they had available, was that what yours was too, just curious if they are the same items we are buying that's getting messed up

No. I ordered the urban decay lippie/lipliner set and a bite beauty lip crayon.  I think it is a UPS problem though because the Hautelook stuff I ordered at that time is also at the "in route" stage. They put a trace on it. I think they weren't prepared for the increase in online orders. Very frustrating because I don't know if I should replace the items because it's probably lost.
