Points?!?

Went to make a purchase and noticed that my 2100 points were completely gone. I hope they're able to give back my points. I'd like to be able to go ahead and complete my order...... Any official word about what the deal is would be appreciated.

I noticed the same thing! I had 837 points yesterday and now they’re all gone? I tweeted to the official Sephora page, but have not received a response.
