Issues with account

Hi there, all my points are gone plus my rouge status has disappeared and it asks me to sign up as a beauty insider!!!! When will this mess be fixed and my points and status restored? I can’t even make any purchases and had a bunch of stuff to buy today. This is just ridiculous and very disappointing!!!!

SAME! It is happening on both the app and the website.

Same issue here! I'm VIB and when logging into my account, it says 'join now' under the Beauty Insider drop down. I see this both via web browser and Sephora app for iOS.

My friends has the exact same problem, she's only looking on the website and not the app though, is there a problem with the website?
