beauty insider points changed to 0

How come my beauty insider points have changed to zero? I had around 270

There is a glitch in the system. Points and status will be re-instated soon.

Mine reset to 0 also. I thought if we were still active they didn’t expire like that? Only if we hadn’t used or purchased anything in a while.
