Disappearing Samples

Has anyone else ever had a problem with getting your order in the mail and not receiving ANY of the samples you picked? I’ve had replacements sent before, but this time I didn’t get anything at all other than my purchase. The email confirmation even listed all three samples but when I opened the box they were nowhere in sight 😞 I feel ripped off.
