Flash Shipping isn’t working well

Before these recent months I’ve been able to order online and receive my package within two-three day’s with Flash Shipping. Now, I’m waiting 5+ days for it to get out of the warehouse. If there’s a weather problem, a simple email to customers would suffice, same with a managerial change, or anything really. I just want to know where my stuff is and when I will get it. The Flash Shipping is supposed to be fast but it just hasn’t been recently. For those affected and who pay for flash or who are at the third tier, I think we at least deserve to know why there are these delays if we can’t be compensated with points or something of the sort
