Missing sample

So I had missing sample from my last order, and sending a message trough customer service got me an automated answer saying pretty much "too bad so sad". I kniw it's free but I manly shop online just for the samples. If it's not available, replace it, I not mad for that, but not including them and them saying "oups too bad" sound like fake advertising a bit. 😕
