Am I the only one getting messed up samples?! Have many times before my recent order too. I got 1 sample that I didn’t choose that I don’t even like and it just upsets me. I wanted to try out what I selected in the sample box category but guess not. Whyyyyyyy?😢

Hi @Anonymous I'm sorry to hear that you haven't been receiving the samples you chose. Regretfully, we do have to make substitutions if the samples are out of stock in the distribution center that is processing your order. I understand that this is frustrating and and will forward this feedback to the appropriate contact.

What about my other 2 samples that I didn’t get? Just goes unnoticed? I understand it’s free and it shouldn’t be a big deal but I really enjoy trying different products out through samples that you send.
