Packages are not being delivered

(Customer Service rep, I know is not your fault BUT) Why are my packages being send back? I have placed 8 orders in the last 5 weeks and I am missing 3 packages, that are a total of $137.50, since December with no notifications of anything. I have been making orders to be delivered for the last 2 years and never had a problem until November, the delivery service is been nothing but a mess! I understand if there are delays and I dont mind waiting but some of my packages are not being delivered at all, is like a Russian roulette, I don’t know if I will be lucky to get the next one. I will just stop buying at Sephora, I’m still waiting for refunds of November missed orders.   You're not delivering the good and you're not giving me my money back, whats going on?
