Locate a beauty insider account by client’s name?

I have a feeling I might have two BI accounts. Today I’ve shopped at Sephora and looked at my receipt which has had my maiden name instead of my married name that I use in the account that I manage online. It looks like I also have a different BI# on the receipt than the one I have on my membership card and a different balance. I know it’s confusing — and I am confused too haha. Is it possible to look up an account by client’s name so I know for sure?
