Returning an Online Only Purchase?

Hi. I got the wrong shade of Giorgio Armani's luminous silk. Since stores don't carry it how can I go about returning it or trading it for the compatible shade?

Any Sephora.com order can be returned to our Sephora stores (freestanding and Sephora inside JCPenney)! You can either return or exchange the item at your local Sephora store or you can return it back to our Distribution Center for a refund. Please note, we are unable to process exchanges at our Distribution Center. For more information regarding returns/exchanges, please visit this link:
