if you got to VIB all you need to do is go to your sephora store, and
ask them for a new card which shld have some extras with it. i think a
complimentary makeover card, also i think u can have them send it
through online as well.

cards are treated as cash and they cannot be replaced if they are lost
or stolen.

This also happened to me last week and really irritated me. They told me
it was out of stock at the warehouse but not showing on the computers .
Your best bet is to call customer service. Maybe they will give you
points for the hastle too

I am a VIB, I've been trying to get the welcome kit but it always says
"Add more items or remove the welcome kit to proceed with checkout".
What gives? Why can't I get my welcome kit?

Yep. I've been trying to get this ordered for a long time and I
continuously have problems with it. I haven't been able to submit my
online order and I finally just removed it from my card but it's
disappointing.

Rarely rewards vs always on list rewards
Some of the rewards are not always on the list of 100 point. They show
up but dissapear after a few minutes. Does it mean that there is a lower
quantity of that rewards, so they cannot be always on the list, but
