Missing Items in Order

My most recent order arrived today and it’s missing an item that I purchased. I was definitely charged for it and it shows up on the my order when I look at recent purchases, but it is not accounted for on the order slip that came in the package. I can provide you with the order number and the item description if you would like. Please let me know how you would like to proceed.
