told me I can enter my points from my receipt, but I can't figure out

samples if they are out of stock so that you still receive something.

wrong item sent
i ordered becca's opal flashes jade highlighter... and thats what the
box says.. but when i open it, its topaz flashes gilt. On top of that
two of my orders got combined - which is fine... but i only got the
samples for one of the orders.

store, you can click show card and the Cast Member can scan it like a
Beauty Insider card. If you aren't in store, you can keep it hidden.
