I had a mishap a couple of weeks ago at the store that involved being on the phone with customer service for approx two hours.. at the store! Iwas supposed to receive a credit. Nope. I called, received and confirmed the credit, made my purchase. Mail comes I’m excited to take a break from Sephora and enjoy my products but my orders are incorrect, OPEN, and one is missing. So dissatisfying.. I don’t care about losing my money makeup or traveling further to Ulta & restock. Sephora it’s over. I made SO MANY PURCHASES last xmas for my family & friend just to accumulate points and there are never any rewards avail. 🤦🏽‍♀️
