Points not added to my beauty insider account
This is Ashvita. The points from a purchase I made in store last evening
were not added to my account. I am attaching the copy of my receipt

Recently I haven’t been informed of sales or rewards. Not by snail mail

Have you done a keyword search, using SEPHORA, in case the emails

Yes, I have done that. I use to get and email and snail now I don’t get
anything. I know the April sale is coming up on the 13th and I still
have not been notified of anything.

SHIPPING IS ... NOT GOOD
Has anyone else noticed Sephora’s shipping has gone waay downhill? Their
“2-day, flash” shipping is 4-5 days, and customer service is NOT
helpful. Is there another Sephora-like store with better shipping and
