Unknown charge in my card

The weirdest thing is, the charge is under Sephora.com when the past
orders I’ve made have been under the name of Sephora.com 877 Sephora and
a series of numbers after that. Is that normal?

No samples
Just got my packages and no samples were included. Emailed customer
service and got a replay saying they regrets for not sending it, but
