Missing samples in online order

Hi, I recently placed an order and when I received it, I was missing all of my three samples that I had picked out. I was excited to try out the product samples I had picked out. Is there anything that can be done about this? Please let me know. Thank you I really appreciate it. Robyn

I understand this can be disappointing and I apologize that you did not receive the specific samples that you had selected.

 

Please know that substitutions may occur based on our sample inventory and regional availability and this is called out on our website. If you did not receive any samples at all, please send me a private message.
