Charged for an order that did not go through

I just used a gift card + paypal for an order and received an "Inventory Purchase Fail" error upon checkout. The order was charged to my Paypal, wiped the gift card, and removed the insider points I used, but no confirmation and the order does not show up in my account.  Any help would be appreciated!

This just happend to me, too! So frustraing! I have no confidence in the rep who took my call...put me on hold several times and acted annoyed with me. I'll just monitoring my bank account to make sure it's not taken out. If it is, I'll file a claim with PayPal. 

Honestly, I expect WAAAAY more out of Sephora. I have always put them ahead of another retailer (who shall not be named - starts with a U), but that retailer doesn't take my money and run. Will definitely think twice before placing an order with them now. Makes me sad. 😞
