Redeeming points after purchase
I had bought the Too Faced Just Peachy mattes palette a while ago, but
at that time of purchase I did not have Beauty Insider. Is it still
possible to redeem the points? I do have the receipt as well as the box
the palette came in.

Cancelling Sephora Play by Actual Computer - Not phone
I had been trying to cancel my Sephora Play subscription and realized
the best way to cancel was by an actual computer. I had been trying to
cancel through my phone and it was not working and as soon as I went
online and tried there it was easier.

I am so ANGRY!!!!
So I have reached out over the past week to no avail. I have had almost

Mobile app crashes
Ever since the April 25th update the mobile app crashes upon launch. I
get the black and white striped loading screen and then it crashes. I
have tried restart the phone, Uninstalling and re-installation of the
app with no success.
