Rank status change???

This might be a dumb question but I got a notification that my status changed to Rookie 2, and than right after it says I ranked up to Rookie 1. So I am unsure of why i went up in status and than went back to were I was within the same minute. So was that an error, or am I supposed to be Rookie 2, or how does that work? Thank you in advance.

I'm sorry to hear your status was changed! It appears that this was an error and I apologize that this happened. Also for any technological issues on BIC, I recommend reporting the issue here:
