Bite Beauty set- damaged?

I received the Bite prep, line, and color set in the mail. The colors are beautiful, but the bag was broken, the lip liner obviously worn down, and the lip balm used. Could I make an exchange for a undamaged set?

@simonemveg sorry to hear that you received damaged product, super disappointing! I suggest posting to the Customer Service group, it should get you help from a mod much more quickly! You could also call customer service, good luck!
