No pay button for International Checkout

Hello. I seem to be getting stuck at the International  checkout point. It says " 4. Review and place order" but there is no button or option for me to proceed! I'm trying to ship to the UK. Everything is filled in as well... And I even tried 2 different internet apps for the desktop version. Same problem. Even on my phone...

What is going on please? I need to order asap.

Hi @Anonymous, 

 

The ship international feature is only available on a desktop or laptop. Please log out of all of your devices to refresh. Also, close all browsers on your laptop or desktop then restart it. From there, you should be able to place your order!

Okay so this has been happening to me for months every time I try to order something. The only work around I have found is as follows:

1. Empty your basket

2. Go back to the home page

3. Switch to the Canadian site

4. Add your product from the Canadian site

5. Go to the checkout

6. Don’t add samples or bonus gifts - it’s one of these that seems to cause the problem

7. Change to international checkout

8. You should now have the checkout buton

 

This has worked for the last few months for me. Searching online for answer the problem seems to have been going on for almost a year... hope this works for other people!

thank you.  I have been having different issues at check out for at least a year, this is the latest problem I had and I will give this a try.

You would think they would have fixed it by now.

I'm sorry for the trouble with placing an international order! I believe this issue should have been resolved with our IT Team already.

 

I'm going to send you a private message requesting more info such as: which country you're located in, which web browser you're using, a screenshot of what you're seeing on your screen at checkout. Thank you!
