Benefits of VIB status
Hi there, I just reached a VIB status. One of the benefits is "monthly
gifts". How does it work? Do I have to purchase a product to receive a
gift with it?

the account and you can you redeem them with purchases.

Link phone number to account?
How do I link my phone number to my Sephora account? It's tiresome to
repeat my entire email to the cashier sometimes. I tried adding it in
online but I couldn't find that option anywhere. Help, please?

Someone is using my beauty insider account
Hi!i just got a receipt of a recent purchase that I never made. The
person bought a skin care product and claimed my birthday gift. Do I
cancel the card so it will prevent the person from spending my account
points???

yes,you should cancel your card, go to your bank tell them what happened
and they will reimburse you.

It's universal and should apply once a year when you reach VIB.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I don’t think its a universal code. Each
VIB welcome kit comes with its own unique code that is redeemed.

I think you are right @darlyndar - the 10% vib welcome codes are
individual codes and my understanding is you only get it the first time
you qualify for vib not subsequent years - you get the rouge gift every
year you qualify though

I’ve used the same code in 2016 and 2017. The first reply explains that
it will only work after you’ve unlocked VIB status again. I first came
across the code on NouveauCheap’s blog.

and 2017 codes were the same too
