Someone is using my beauty insider account

Hi!

i just got a receipt of a recent purchase that I never made. The person bought a skin care product and claimed my birthday gift. Do I cancel the card so it will prevent the person from spending my account points???

yes,you should cancel your card, go to your bank tell them what happened and they will reimburse you.
