Unsuccessful Authorization Order, No Refund

I ordered online, however it is now posted as "Unsuccessful Authorization". I was sent an email saying I was not charged for the transaction. However, upon checking my bank account, Sephora still has not reversed the transaction. I was wondering whether I will get the refund. If so, when can I possibly see it reflected in my account.

Same thing happened to me and it has been 8 days since they cancelled my orders and they did not refund my money yet. They sent me an email saying I have not been charged yet it is clear in my bank transaction history that I have been charged with full amount which they call "authorization" thing only, telling me they only take the money only after shipping.

Thanks, please do. I have been reaching out to you and telling you that I was definitely charged the full amount already since I used a debit card which is good as cash and the money is no longer in my account. I gave the authorization receipt #

your cs gave me through email and my bank said it was authorized under Sephora so clearly the money has been taken already. Hope you understand and will investigate further and refund my money back. Thank you so much.
