Don’t order from or shop at Sephora. You’ll be disappointed. Especially
if you live in the state of Hawaii. Seohora claims that due to federal
and state DOT regulations it can’t ship certain products....

samples to made for you from virtually any product. You're not limited

I’ve had this same issue a few times in the past as well. Sephora will
either send me different samples (that I did not select) or no samples
at all. I have previously been given points to make up for the missing
samples.
