hi.. have a couple of queries. hope someone could answer. firstly i didnt receive a 10% discount on my VIB qualification. how do i avail that? secondly, i wanted to know that we can avail samples using the promo codes while we shop online.. is there any way we can avail it in stores? if not are there any other perks of shopping in the store? and lastly, ive heard many people mention deluxe samples.. how do i get them? tia

@Rakbar  The biggest perk to shopping in store is that you can ask for samples to made for you from virtually any product. You're not limited to the ready-made foil samples that available online.

If you have not received this email, please send me a PM for further assistance. Also, some promotions will state that they are online only and some are offered in stores and online as well.
