Hi @megskt If it was showing standard ground as an option, it sounds
like you may have had something with shipping restrictions in your
basket. Are you still seeing old promos on your app?

Connecting Beauty Insider on phone
My sister in law is trying to connect her Beauty Insider card to her app
but it gives her “Please connect BI account information of the ATG ID”
