Deleting account
I’ve been trying to figure out how I can delete my account there’s just
too many problems with the app and I would just prefer to have my
account deleted as well since this seems more complicated than the other
apps I use

New return policy for Sephora inside JCP???
So I just had the worst experience at my Sephora inside JCP. I went to
return a few items I had bought less then two weeks ago and didn't have

Same thing happens to me... I spend a fortune on Sephora... hope they
change or I’ll order from, Bloomingdales, Nordstrom, SAKS, Ulta etc..

The same thing has happened to me with orders of 100+ $$ ... I’m so
frustrated I’ve stopped ordering for awhile! Also I am rouge as
well...Sephora needs to step it up or I’ll order from , Nordstrom, Ulta,
Bloomingdales and SAKS to name a few !

I have not received any samples in my last several orders. If they are
totally out of stock I would rather they state that up front than have
you pick samples and not deliver them. Unacceptable.

of the samples I asked for were in there, only stuff I didn't want. I
was looking forward to them! It was products I had wanted to try and
