So Disappointed

The people who sent my latest order put someone else's order in my box. 

 

Ok. I figure I will just call and sort it.   The rep was super awesome. My disappointment came when she said she was not allowed to put another Beauty Offer item in my order as a replacement since all of the Tory Burch Deluxe samples are now gone.  


So, they make a mistake and send me the wrong order. I have to print out a label and take time out of my day to ship the wrong order back to them and Sephora cannot even let the rep add in a Beauty Perk to make up for the one I lost due to THEIR MISTAKE? 

 

Oh, and my 100 point item is out of stock now, too.   At least the rep said she could give me my points back for that.
