Points Redeemed at the store by NOT me?

Hello Sephora,

i was wondering why I had negative 300!! points on my reward accoubt and after going through my account and orders I realized the following below which just blows my mind:

1) I made a return on Jan 15th at the world trade center of a mini Ouai texturizer ($18-20??). I did NOT redeem any of ny points - how come 2 dior and 1 Origin product rewards are showing as redeemed?? Are your store employees illegally using the customers’ points or is this the way Sephora is punishing for returns? What is going on? 

2) Order from Dec 14th was cancelled on the 15th as one of the items turned out to be out of stock. Are my rewards also gone while not receiving anything? I only have ONE dior skin product that I received with my points, I see 3-4 Dior points in my history. 

3) You had x2 reward points for skincare and I ordered Drunk elephant product and another kit from Farmacie - both orders were min  $25 - how come only 25 points were added for each and not 50 each? 

Not only your shipping costs have increased, samples decreased from 3 to 2 and they are almost never what I ordered, now even the points earned are disappearing from my account and you  also dont reward all the points promissed..??

What is the incentive of being a Sephora customer after experiencing these?
