This item cannot be shipped to your location

Hi I was planning to order the STILA - 3D Dazzle Mini Glitter & Glow Liquid Shadow Set

but when tried to click checkout, it says “this item can not be shipped to your location” (which is an US address) and when I clicked the item it’s not longer available, does that mean Sephora US has dropped the item and will no longer be available? If yes I’m ordering it from other websites. Thanks
