Lawless foundation pump
Just ordered and rcvd this foundation and sat there for 20minutes trying
to get the pump to work. Nada. Gave up and just used it straight out of
the bottle. Any ideas to fix it? Or how to order a replacement pump?

Received a broken item
Spoiler (Highlight to read) Does Sephora replaced broken items like this

I did not receive any free samples with my order
Hi, I spent over $200 last week and was expecting 2 free samples to come
with my order and I did not receive any. I understand that in the case
my selections are unavailable, I would get substitutions - yet this was
not the case.

Did you reach Rouge before the gifts changed?
Hi, I reached Rouge early january, I got 750 points as a Rouge gifts.
Now they are saying “we” can choose a 2019 gift and will get another
gift when we reach Rouge. So do I miss out on this because I reached
Rouge “too early”?

Today's Spotlight Saturday ad on the app shows a Sephora Favorites kit

Never received playbox
This is like the 5th time that I haven't received my play box. super
frustrating. i just tracked it again and it is going back and forth
