Hi, 100 points have been deducted from my account on 23rd April for
"Play! Pass Adjustment" but I do not even subscribe to it, can you

It’s because you were erroneously issued play pass points after making
in store purchases between December 2018 and March 2019. Sephora has
decided to take back the points we didn’t earn even though it was their
mistake

virtual artist
why I can't use virtual artist on my phone? it says I am not able to
open it and to try later... I even uninstalled and installed the app all
over again and gave permission for the access on my phone.

Instore purchase not showing online
A purchase I made in store when I went to pick up my birthday gift only
shows that I got my gift but doesn't show the other items I purchased.
