How Sephora Handles Order Cancellation is REALLY Stupid!

So if you want to cancel your order, even if it was just placed 1 minute ago, you have to call customer service, and the agent would put in a "cancellation request" on the order, which has a 50% chance of going through. 

I placed an order on Friday April 26, and on the same day I called to cancel that order because it had the wrong shipping address. And of course the cancellation request failed. The parcel was shipped April 28 on a Sunday (why??? I mean normally I would appreciate shipping on weekends, but at least check your cancellation requests first?? ) 

So now I have to wait for the parcel to arrive, and then bring it to the store or mail it back to return it. This is SO STUPID. Many websites allow you to cancel your order by your self within 30 min (Amazon as long as it's not shipped). 

ESPECIALLY now that Sephora tracks your returns, and bans your account from making returns if you return too much, this system is not okay!
